We acknowledge all NDIS referrals within 48 hours. Appointments are booked within 5 working days.
We update Support Coordinators on the same day or within 24 hours of the initial appointment. Initial appointments completed within 7 days of referral. Occupational Therapy Functional reports completed within 3 weeks of the initial assessment.
There are no hidden fees. Our pricing includes travel, treatment, communication and documentation time, which will be outlined to you in your service agreement.
