Location: 
This position open to practitioners located in the following areas: Inner West, Canterbury/Bankstown, Inner South, MacArthur/Campbelltown, Lower Northshore, Penrith/Blacktown, Northwest Sydney, Eastern Suburbs, Sutherland Shire,  and South West Sydney. 

We offer an in-home mobile service to our clients, so this role is hybrid: predominantly work from home and in the community with regular trips to our office in North Strathfield as required.  

Essential:

  • To be endorsed by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission at Core level or above. 
  • Have a minimum of three months experience in conducting Functional Behaviour Assessments, developing interim and comprehensive Behaviour Support Plans. Experience in implementing these plans across a diverse range of disabilities, cultural backgrounds, and age groups. 
  • Have strong attention to detail, be able to prioritise tasks and complete them efficiently. 
  • Unrestricted Driver’s License & access to a fully registered car with comprehensive insurance for work. 
  • Already possess/willing to obtain the following prior to commencement: WWCC, NDIS Worker Check, First Aid & CPR, NDIS E-modules, PRAHN Certificate or state equivalent, and provide a copy of your suitability outcome letter. 

Desirable Skills:

  • Excellent report writing skills. 
  • Excellent time management skills. 
  • Strong computer skills.
